Finally got my hands on her, ordered her from Walmart with the help of my friend (you know who you are) and got it shipped all the way to Malaysia via Buyandship Malaysia. Paid USD19.99 for her, this does not include shipping though.

My first impression of her is that she's really tall. Out from the box, she's still really tall and my gosh, what an awesome looking doll. I've also added some shoes try out towards the end of the video. Do check it out.
