Hope you all are doing well. Today I am going to share with you all a famous Bengali fish curry recipe: Rui macher kalia or Rohu fish curry in Bengali style

Fish Kalia is a famous Bengali dish where fish is cooked in thick rich curd based gravy. Usually Rohu or Katla is used for preparing this dish. This is an inseparable part of Bengali treat. Cooking it in more oil makes it very tasty but can be cooked in less oil to make it tasty as well as healthy.
