Hello Friends today iam sharing with you delicious homemade amla juice or amla sharbat. it has so many benefits and good source of vitamin c. it can be stored in fridge for 1 year and used when ever required and can be made instantly by just adding half amla juice in glass and half water. it tastes yummy !!

I have used black measuring cups and spoons

~~~~~~INGREDIENTS ~~~~~~~~~
2 kgs amla (gooseberry)
1& 1/2 kg sugar candy ( mishri)
50 gms ginger
1 lemon 🍋
3 cups water

note : store in bottles and keep it in fridge. use when required by adding half water.
