More than 40,000 migrants from Venezuela have unexpectedly lost their Colombian citizenship cards, without being told.
Most of them are the children of Colombian citizens.
As Al Jazeera's @Alessandro Rampietti reports from Bogota, some have been arrested, while others cannot access their bank accounts or health care.
