MAKATI BGC ORTIGAS Philippines Appartment/Condo Hunt - Finding Our New Home

Finding an apartment on a tight schedule can be stressful, especially when you are in a different country and paying for expensive hotels every night. See that was us before Christmas. Ideally we wanted to move in before Christmas and especially New Year, however after a whole day of BGC inspections in the last epsiode we still couldn't find out dream apartment.

In this episode, we continue on our apartment hunt in Makati, BGC and Ortigas. This video begins in Makati, the modern area that we haven't explored previously. When we first came to Manila, the first airbnb we stayed in was situated in an old Makati area with less developed infrastructures and we were told the other side of Makati was more modern with tall skyscapers. We first inspected few apartments in modern Makati and thought Makati was well infrastructured, with great transportation, great food options, people are friendly etc.

After Makati, we went to BGC and inspected a few more apartments. Growing up in Hong Kong and Australia, we have never seen loft type apartments so we were quite fascinated and interested in them. We had back to back appointments from BGC to a new area called Ortigas, from budget old apartment to well furnished modern luxurious Shangri-la apartment. WE SAW IT ON.
