I got stuck on this elevator. The phone did not work and was all static. I had to actually call the operator and she said she would let security know. I waited 15 minutes and then found an emergency number to call. When I called, the guard said he was already there and I began hearing people outside. I don't think I will ride this elevator ever again because it is a death trap.
