New Name – This is just to give you guys a heads up that our website has been CodingCertification.org for over three years, because we do a lot more than just coding, we took our CCOacronym and we switched it around and it’s CertificationCoaching.Org LLC and we’re going to be having a new domain coming out. We haven’t said what it is yet, and some people are guessing and they’re not right, so it’s going to be a nice, short one. Look for that in the next month. Don’t be surprised if you see a little bit of changes. We just want to give you a heads up.

Also, we have a new Helpdesk platform that is really helping us according to our efforts and handle our growth. If you go to http://helpdesk.codingcertification.org for right now, that is where you can search the knowledge base, you can review past Helpdesk tickets that you’ve put in. If you are a student of ours, you can see your exam results there. Bookmark that and save that. You can go there during our business hours which are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday to Friday and you’ll probably find one of our helpful Helpdesk folks, Lori, Sylvia, or Lisa answering live chat questions; so take advantage of that. Of course, you can use good ol’ email, [email protected] it will get to the same platform. But we encourage you to use the website because it’s a little easier to use, you can get your answers sometimes, don’t even have to send an email and wait for a reply.

CPC Study Guide – This is just a heads up that we have a new CPC study guide coming out. We’ve been working for this a year and a half, actually. It’s very close to being released. Keep your eye out for that. This is something that’s going to be available in Amazon as a Kindle book.
