Lynn luker a Idaho politician was my attorney from January 7 2010 to December 21 2010 witch at that time the commission granted his request to quit in relation to my April 17 2008 catastrophic work related injury. Lynn luker knew about the fraud that was committed but filed nothing or followed through with what I had already did accomplish before he took over. Did Lynn luker abandon his client on December 29 2010 after coming back on December 27 2010? Did Lynn luker have the authority to withdraw as he did on December 29 2010? By writing a letter to his client on December 29 2010 stateing we are right back before your letter of December 27 2010 where he is no long my attorney without going through the commission as he did on December 21 2010??
