After tons of painful Outbreak clearing, I finally made it to the Big Bang outbreak on Chapter 3. The filibuster outbreak stage was then immediately available, so I cleared that as well

The Big Bang was not too bad, you can rush down Cat God if you stack attackers onto him just after he attacks; octocat helps to prevent the frontline from being warped away and leaving the enemies to move forward, overall not too bad, did it on my first attempt.

Filibuster's outbreak stage was Ponos basically showing that they were going easy on you on the first encounter, as this one was significantly harder, took me about 6 tries to beat.

The main strategy I used at the start is to farm money at the start, then move forward so that the zombie dagshaund does not hit your base, then the battlefield splits into two; a bunch of cats in front push Filibuster right to their own base, while the cats at the base try to rush down the dagshaund as fast as possible, before the alien ostrich spawns.
When it dies, get everything to the front so that you can stall the zombie bore and ostrich to prepare for Filibuster's attack, then start fighting back once the bore or ostrich comes close to the base, then just rush everything down. Very hard stage in my opinion, it was worth the Legend Ticket
