#19 Necromancer from Marvel comics who obsessed with mirrors of Tuzun Thune. He foresaw his death by hands of Conan from the mirror and thus he's Conan's enemy.
#18 Ymir's daughter and beautiful goddess from Howard's story "The Frost-Giant's Daughter" from 1953. She teased and taunted Conan almost death during two days in the snowy mountains.
#17 Pict shaman originally from Howard's story "Beyond the Black River" from 1935. He pissed off his capturers and started to collect heads of his enemies with help of swamp demon and animals he controlled.
#16 Priest of Spider God Zath from Marvel comics. He can do hypnosis and turn into the spider himself. He caused giant Kaiju spider rampage through the town.
#15 Prince and later king of Turan and a long time rival of Conan. There was a war between them in King Conan's era.
#14 Originally goddess of pain in Finnish folklore. In Marvel adaptation she is witch queen from north and a rival and ally of #2. She summoned demon Shuma Gorath to control the World which caused her own destruction.
#13 Evil Kothian wizard from Howard's story "The Scarlet Citadel" from 1933. He had giant pet snake and horror dungeon for his experiments under the castle.
#12 Dominatrix style Amazonian warrior and evil Queen of Ophir in Marvel comics and sworn enemy of Conan in "Conan the King" storyline.
#11 Leader of powerful wizards called "The Black Seers" in Howard's story "The People of the Black Circle" in 1935. Conan's opponents had to ally with him to destroy the Black Seers and their leader in the Mountain of Yimsha.
#10 Lord of the mirrors from Howard's King Kull story from 1929. He lives in the mirrors and can absorb people into mirror realms through places and times. Enemy of King Kull, Conan and Red Sonja. He appeared in Conan the Destroyer movie 1984 but with wrong name (not T-A).

#6 Ruthless and heartless queen from Howard's story "A Witch Shall be Born" in 1934. She is actually an impostor and the right queen (her twin sister Taramis) is in the dungeon. I put her so high because her influence in movies "Conan the Barbarian" and "Conan the Destroyer".
#5 Undead wizard from perhaps the greatest Howard's story "The Hour of the Dragon" from 1935-36 and the most powerful sorcerer of there stories whose powers even T-A wants to own. His goal is to bring back ancient empire Acheron. He was resurrected by the amulet "Heath of Ahriman" and he can only be destroyed by it.
#4 Evil necromancer Howard's King Kull story "The Cat and the Skull" in 1928 and the oldest character on these rogue gallerie lists so far. Pre model of Eternian supervillain Skeletor and the main villain of Conan the Barbarian movie 1982. I wanted to place him higher but he's more of King Kull and Red Sonja villain so in equal ranking 2-4 he's placed as 4.
