Three years ago rower Helen Glover became a household name when alongside Heather Stanning in the coxless pair, she won Team GBs first gold medal of the London 2012 Olympics. Since then she has gone on to become the first woman to hold the Olympic, World and European titles for the coxless pair.
And with just one year till Rio 2016, Glover has Olympic gold in her sights again.
We caught up with her to find out what a typical day in her life looks like, from training on and off the water, to her diet and downtime, as she ramps up preparations.
She also talks about her transformation from a runner and hockey player into a rower after being talent spotted and talks about a new online tool from Fitness First, Team GB’s first official fitness partner, which identifies the perfect Olympic sport for you based on your height, weight, age, sport you do regularly and other various factors.
