We're all guilty of at least one of the things from this list, but we really shouldn't be doing these things! Blake Samson is here to share a list of things that we all do (even Blake!) when out on our bikes, but know we shouldn't. Blake also gives you the reasons you should stop doing them to help you save yourself, your bike and trails from getting damaged.
