This strategy uses one inherited skill:

Quick Riposte 2 on BK from a 4 star Subaki.

The following Sacred Seals are also used:

Distant Def 3 on BK
Close Def 3 on Fjorm
Drive Def 1 on Wrys

A lot of Notes for this one:
Wrys can theoretically be replaced with any rehabilitate healer as long as they can trigger the enemy healer to attack them and have both themselves and the enemy survive. If the healer you used was to KO the healer, BK would be open to attack from both the Lance and Sword Fighter.
Similarly, Olivia can theoretically be replaced with any other dancer as long as they can provide an Attack boost to both BK and Fjorm WITHOUT dancing. As Olivia was not using a seal, you could use another dancer and simply give them the Hone Atk Seal.
Olivia does not need to be 5 stars for this strategy to work. A 4 star Olivia would work. My Olivia is not neutral, but this should not have an impact. For reference, my Olivia is +SPD -DEF
Unfortunately, for this strategy, you will need Distant Def at level 3. Only with DD3 will BK survive the first Enemy Phase unless you can somehow give him a 6 point resistance boost from a skill such as Res Tactic which is currently locked to L'Arachel at 5 stars.
Close Defense 3 on Fjorm is used to trick the Lance Fighter into attacking BK rather than herself, as well as tank the Sword Fighter. I do not know if Close Defense 3 is necessary.
Drive Def 1 on Wrys does not change the outcomes of any combat in this Grand Hero Battle, but without it, the Sword Fighter will move to attack BK rather than the Healer moving to attack Wrys which in turn will result in BK getting KO'd.
BK needs at least a boost of 3 Attack during his first round of combat against the Sword Fighter in order to put them below 50% HP and thus making the Healer move and heal him.
Similarly, BK also needs Quick Riposte in order to do this. Without Quick Riposte, the Infantry Green Mage will attack first which will result in neither green mage being KO'd during the first turn of combat.
The reason you want to trick the Lance Fighter into attacking BK is because with his Black Luna, he'll put them at 20 HP. Fjorm with a Hone Atk boost will then be able to KO them on the following Player Phase.
While it is tempting, I advise you do not heal BK with Wrys before BK moves. While Wrys may be able to survive the next attack from the healer depending on his resistance, you ideally want to trick the Healer into attacking BK so he can charge Black Luna on them.
Attacking the healer with Fjorm like I did is optional. All it did was allow the healer to be KO'd on the following Enemy Phase by BK. If you do not attack with Fjorm, the healer simply lives and can be KO'd by Fjorm on the following turn.
HOWEVER, if your BK is capable of a double attack against the healer (such as if BK has Quick Riposte 3), then you will want to attack the healer with Fjorm first so BK does not waste his Black Luna against the healer.
