President Donald Trump began the day of his high-stakes summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin by tweeting about 'Crooked Hillary' Clinton and the 'Rigged Witch Hunt,' – and claiming President Obama thought Russian meddling was 'no big deal.' Trump wrote: 'President Obama thought that Crooked Hillary was going to win the election, so when he was informed by the FBI about Russian Meddling, he said it couldn’t happen, was no big deal, & did NOTHING about it.' The statement comes after Trump says he will raise election meddling with Putin, but doesn't expect to get a confession.
