This was a 4:56 and it felt slow. I was 3 seconds ahead with the meat of the game to come.

Lost half a second on the boss, and had a tent fail. Lost about 45 frames on that. And, I took 3 hits on the path to the boss. So that's another second. And still this was a 6:36. On another day this would have been a 6:34 and I'd be on the way.
