Real! 1970 Z28 Camaro off the road since 1980! Extremely original and rare!

Extremely original numbers matching 1970 Camaro Z28 LT1 4 Speed Manual 12 Bolt Rear with 95,840 miles.

This is a real Z28 with proof! Unlike most of the Z28’s running around.

I have the original WINDOW STICKER! The paperwork is outstanding. I’m only posting a small sample of the paperwork because I can only post 24 photos to ebay.

The car was owned by race car driver Ralph Cooke. Ralph raced Camaro’s into his 80’s. He only stopped racing to care for his wife. This was his daily driver until 1980.

Ralph is a very interesting guy. He was a pilot in the Air Force and is a Chemist.

Ralph purchased this car in 1971 and the paperwork still reflects his name. I also have copy of the original 70 title.

This car runs and drives but still need things to be finished.

I had the engine rebuilt and it runs beautify. I didn’t let them paint the engine during the rebuild. I wanted to keep the original paint just like the rest of the car.

Ralph took the car apart many years ago to restore it. The California Blue Plates were last registered in 1980. My buddy assembled most of the car. It runs and drives but it still needs finishing.
I’m not much of a mechanic and my buddy (who is a mechanic) doesn’t have much time.

Nobody has ever seen this car until now. It’s never been to a car show of any kind or posted around on the internet. You will be the first to show up with this car!

Ralph’s signed race helmet comes with the car. I’d love to keep the helmet but I believe it should go with the car.

I’m selling because I’m a lucky guy with too many cars and motorcycles. I need to lighten the load.
