2 Fish NOBODY Eats! Catch Clean Cook- TRASH Fish Taste test- (Bermuda Chub+ Spot tail Pinfish)

I got two species for todays trash fish taste test! The Bermuda Chub and spottail pinfish are often referred to as trash fish with poor table fare. Both of these species are small fish found on south Florida reefs and don't get very big. They are unregulated in the state of Florida. Bermuda Chubs have a bad reputation for pooping everywhere as soon as you catch them which can turn a lot of people away from eating them. To spice up our taste test we ate the Chub, and pinfish alongside yellowtail snapper which is a very popular eating fish! The results will shock you!
