6.3 Enthalpy | High School Chemistry

Chad provides an introduction to Enthalpy, showing that it is a state function and its relationship to heat. He then defines endothermic and exothermic and shows how fusion, vaporization and sublimation are endothermic phase changes while freezing, condensation, and deposition are exothermic phase changes. Chad concludes the lesson by performing example calculations involving enthalpy and stoichiometry.
