No trip to Milan is complete with a visit to the historic Duomo. Since last summer, the Duomo has been flooded with tourists which makes buying tickets in person at the ticket office very time consuming. Save time and money by avoiding third-party resale websites and buy your tickets directly from the Duomo's official website.

IMPORTANT!! PLEASE READ!

* If you buy a ticket that includes access to the roof (terraces), start your visit at the terraces first. So if you bought a ticket by stairs, line up at back left side of the Duomo. If you bought a ticket by lift (elevator), the entrance is on the back left side of the Duomo. Once you are up on the terraces, you exit down a staircase which leads right into the Duomo so there's no need to stand in line at the entrance!

* Please be aware that the Duomo is a functioning place of worship and has a dress code. Ladies, if you're wearing shorts, strapless tops, or tank tops, you will not be allowed in without a cover up.

* If you're late for your scheduled entrance time, no worries, they are pretty forgiving.
