Heathkit power supply upgrade and restoration

Heathkit power supplies such as the HP-23/A/B/C and PS-23 are ubiquitous, but the dried-out can caps can lead to failure or worse. This video covers the upgrade of a power supply using W8AOR's upgrade kit found here: https://www.ebay.com/str/scottyssleds.... The can caps are replaced with electrolytics that mount on four individual PCBs and in my opinion are an improvement over the after-market boards that mount on top of the chassis. I'm upgrading an HP-23A here, but this can be applied to any HP/PS-23 power supply.
