Squealer NYC: Nov 2024 Vulnerable Victims

The NYPD Crime Stoppers Program began in 1983 and offers rewards up to $3,500 for anonymous information that leads to the arrest and indictment of a violent felon.

Due to help from community partners, NYPD Crime Stoppers will now have a new mobile command center to deploy to the communities they serve and continue to keep New Yorkers safe

Due to the help of the public submitting tips to crime, more than 3,400 arrests have been made, and 5,000 cases are solved. Rewards for information are now up to $3,500 (from $2,500 previously), and more than $2,000,000 in total rewards have been paid to New Yorkers helping the NYPD keep New York City safe.
