Easy 3 Ingredient Peach Spiced Muffins🍑
Ingredients:
1 box spice cake mix (15.25 oz)
2 cups unsweetened applesauce
8 oz canned peaches in extra light syrup, chopped (you can also use one fresh peach)
Combine applesauce and cake mix together and then fold in chopped peaches. Put about 1/4 cup of the batter into 16 silicone baking cups. I air fryed mine on the bake setting at 320 for 9 minutes. You can also bake these in the oven at 350 for about 15-20 minutes.
Makes 16 servings, 1 muffin per serving. MyWW SmartPoints per serving - Green: 5 SmartPoints / Blue: 5 SmartPoints / Purple: 5 SmartPoints.

Pumpkin Spice Rice Krispie Treats🎃
Ingredients:
6 cup Kellogg's Rice Krispies cereal (or generic)
2 Tbsp light butter spread (I used Brummel & Brown Spread Made with Yogurt)
1/8 cup Canned pumpkin
1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp Vanilla extract
8 oz Mini marshmallows
In a large pan on low/medium heat, melt butter spread. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Add in pumpkin, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice and stir well. Turn off heat and stir in rice krispies. Press mixture into a prepared 13X9 pan and let cool before cutting.

Pumpkin Spice Icebox Cake🎃
Ingredients:
15 oz Canned pumpkin
8 fl oz Plain unsweetened almond milk
1 1/4 tsp, Pumpkin pie spice, divided
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 package Fat-free sugar-free instant pudding mix (I used cheesecake but vanilla would work well too)
4 Healthy Choice Premium fudge bars
6 whole Cinnamon graham crackers
8 oz Fat free whipped topping, divided
In a medium bowl, combine almond milk and pudding mix. Add in pumpkin, vanilla, 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice and 1/3 of the whipped topping and fold all together. Line bread pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang to act as handles. Place 3 sheets of graham crackers in the bottom. Top with 1/2 of the remaining whipped topping. Remove sticks from fudge bars that have defrosted slightly and place bars on top of whipped topping. Cover with 1/2 of the pumpkin mixture. Top with remaining graham crackers, slightly pushing down. Cover with remaining pumpkin mixture and then remaining whipped topping. Sprinkle with Pumpkin pie spice. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours until set. Let thaw for 20-30 minutes before serving.
