2. Implementing the Solution:
• Identify Traffic: We use a special PfSense package called the Next Generation Rule to accurately understand and identify YouTube application traffic.
• Create the Rule: We define a firewall rule (referred to as "Five the rule") targeting YouTube traffic within an unrestricted network group.
• Set the Limiter: We configure the actual speed cap within the traffic shap section, specifically using the limiter feature.
For demonstration purposes, we set a limit of 1 megabit upload and 1 megabit download.
