R&F Mall, Princess Cove - Johor 🇲🇾

Three years ago I told you Capital City 21 would fail and R&F Mall would be a big success.
To paraphrase Meatloaf One out of Two Ain’t Bad.
Capital City 21 as expected closed it’s door long ago although it may be about to rise agin Phoenix like as part of a bridgehead into Malaysia by Singapores famous Mustafa Centre.
But what about R&F Mall is it the success I predicted?
