We are celebrating National Rice Month all this week with our friends Ralston Family Farms. On Wednesday we learned about how the rice was grown, harvested and milled. Today we eat!!!

While in Atkins, Chef Shane Henderson with Ben E. Keith Foods & Heritage Catering stopped by the mill and shared with us this Purple Rice Risotto recipe that blew our socks off!
