In November of 2024, our team successfully completed the installation of a supply fan with a capacity of 30,000 cubic feet per minute (CFM) and high static pressure. As part of this project, standard motors were replaced with energy-efficient models, and nine (9) new direct-drive fans, provided by our partners BAIKAL MECHANICAL and ebm-papst, were installed.

The project was completed within one day—over 12 working hours—with strict adherence to all technical standards. The fans are operating at 60% of their nominal load, delivering the required airflow while optimizing energy consumption.

Thanks to the coordination and professionalism of our specialists, the installation was carried out without any disruptions to the facility’s operations, ensuring the hospital's continuous functioning. We also performed thorough system balancing and fine-tuning to optimize fan performance under partial load conditions.

The upgraded HVAC system not only maintains stable temperature parameters and relative humidity levels in the working areas but also significantly improves air quality by ensuring proper filtration and air exchange. This enhancement boosts both comfort and safety for staff and patients. The equipment has demonstrated high reliability and energy efficiency, already proving its performance in operational conditions.
