He admitted to drinking "like four or five bottles" and taking "10 Addys" (Adderall pills) daily, which severely damaged his heart to the point where it's now only functioning at 25 percent capacity—a critical level of heart failure.

"I f*cked up. I think I thought I had more weight," Ray J confessed. "I thought I was big so I could handle all the alcohol, I could handle all the Adderall, I could handle all the drugs—but I couldn't. It curved my time here."

Despite believing he was "indestructible," Ray J's body gave him a harsh reality check. In a previous Instagram video, he acknowledged "My health is not OK" while thanking supporters for their prayers.

His family has rallied around him during this crisis. His sister Brandy paid all his bills for the rest of the year, and his parents are helping transport him to medical checkups. Ray J expressed gratitude: "Shoutout to my momma and daddy, and shoutout to Brandy for looking out for me."

While Ray J is trying to remain optimistic—stating "As long as I stay focused and stay on the right path, everything will be all right"—the severity of his condition is extremely concerning.
