Combined Heart-Liver Transplantation | Kristine's Story

Avid runner Kristine Stoehr started experiencing dangerous abnormal heart rhythms and was ultimately diagnosed with a rare condition called arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia/cardiomyopathy (ARVD/C). As her disease progressed, increasingly damaging her heart as well as her liver, her care team determined her best option was a combined heart-liver transplantation.
