Niagara River Steelhead from Shore with the New Stingeye Spinner

We are out here at the Niagara Whirlpool casting spinners for steelhead. The shorelines are busy as the trout are out here and running. We're using the new stingeye spinners, casting them out and letting them drift down close to bottom and then giving a slow retrieve to keep the stingeye spinner above the rocks and enticing the trout out to bite.
