Opened in December, 2015, Aruwai Resort White H2O is located 15 minutes away by speed boat from the town of Bartica which is in the Cuyuni-Mazaruni (Region 7), Guyana. The island the resort sits on was once called 'Bucktrack Island' and is situated at the mouth of the Mazaruni and Cuyuni rivers. The size of the island is approximately one quarter of a square mile.
