Had planned to attempt to (on the track) yeet around the outside of T1, but once P3/the pack gave the polesitter and I a big ol' whack I was forced to use the run-off but that gave me P1 and managed to hold on from there. Wasn't particularly quick but was always just enough ahead of the ever present Rana Menon & James Venning to keep the win and salvage something from the P18 qualifying position.
