This national dish from Macau is delicious with the juicy beef, crispy and chewy potatoes, and the sweetness of onions all in one dish. Tasty, quick, and easy ground beef recipe made in 10 minutes. Perfect for weeknight dinners!

Recipe for 2 servings:

Ingredients:
1/3 lb ground beef
1 russet potato, diced
1/2 onion, diced (or 1 small onion)
3/4 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1/4 worcestershire sauce
1 tsp brown sugar
3/4 tsp chicken bouillon powder

Garnish:
1/2 of a green onion
egg (optional)
sriracha (optional)

Instructions:
1) Heat pan and add oil.
2) Add diced potatoes. Pan fry for 2 minutes until crispy and golden.
3) Add diced onions. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
4) Add ground beef and crumble it to small pieces. Stir fry until the beef is no longer red.
5) Add soy sauce, dark soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and chicken bouillon powder. Adjust seasoning to your taste. Mix well.
6) Serve it. Top with green onions, egg, and sriracha if you like the spice.
