Things got so bad the plaintiff had to move out. The defendant gave the plaintiff a check for the security deposit, but it bounced, so the plaintiff is suing him for the money she’s owed. The defendant argues he doesn’t owe the plaintiff a dime. He also claims the plaintiff is a promiscuous, eccentric girl who had different men in the apartment every night.
