Decided to upload this little guide for whoever struggled to find any of the 5 red creatures scattered throughout various qxy worlds.

I took a different route from Guts World to the Red Sewers in order to minimize spoilers and set a darker tone, but if you choose to get there from Home Within Nowhere instead you'll find a surprise waiting at the end :)
