The number of calories you'll burn from this 30 minute workout will vary from person to person based on a number of factors (like age, gender, height, weight, heart rate, effort, etc.). The cool thing about this workout is you will continue to burn calories for up to 24 hours after you complete it. I personally burned 439 calories in 30 minutes, and then 70 more while I rested and cooled down 10 minutes after the workout was over.
