‎ After days of hope and hours freezing in Maranello... I got to see it!
This is the first test mule of the upcoming 2022 Ferrari Purosangue, the SUV from Maranello.
The body is taken from the Maserati Levante, but the chassis is definitely made on purpose for the Purosangue, and various modifications can be seen in the body panels.
It's too early to know how the final design will be, but this is a major step forward and I hope to see more of it in the near future!

We aren't sure what will be under the hood, but the Purosangue might get either a turbocharged V8 or a V12 engine like that of Ferrari's legendary supercars. All-wheel drive is a given, and we wouldn't be surprised to see electrification in the form of a hybrid system either; Ferrari had a 950-hp, V12 hybrid powertrain in its LaFerrari hypercar back in 2014, and now the SF90... One thing's for sure: It'll be powerful. The Purosangue will enter the horsepower wars against the 626-hp Bentley Bentayga, the 641-hp Lamborghini Urus, and the Aston Martin DBX, which is powered by a 542hp V8 engine supplied by the powertrain geniuses at Mercedes-AMG.
