I tried out the RatScanner program in 12.12.31 and I felt it was a pretty good tool for new players. The scanner didn't work on a few items for me, and I kept getting false positives for other random parts than what I wanted it to be. Use at your discretion, but I think it's pretty good for people trying to get cash during a raid and want to see how much an item is on the flea, OR, as something to keep in mind you may need it for hideout or for future tasks.
