My brief final honing video to test the feel and bite 🫦 of two Scottish hone stones , Tam O'Shanter on the Torrey and Water of Ayre on the Solingen.
Both identical 6/8 ish deep hollow ground blades, no hone wear on the spines ,so almost mint condition, hence why I used tape ....Next is stropping and shave testing 🫡😶‍🌫️.
