This is Blood Lust of the Appalachian Sex Cult, a hyperviolent 1980’s exploitation horror film put together on beer, pizza, and sleepless nights.

A young girl and her friends travel to a cabin in the Appalachian mountains so she can find a connection with her long dead mother. There, they are stalked by a group of sex-crazed cultists in leather fetish gear who want to sacrifice her to resurrect their Demonic Aztec Warrior God.
