The fact is however that you have many rights and protections as a consumer both on the federal level as well as being a resident of California. In this free webinar, you can learn and understand those rights. We will also cover how to effectively file a dispute and navigate that process.

This session is the fifth in a series of student loan educational webinars that will be hosted by the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI) and nationally recognized student loan expert Betsy Mayotte from the non-profit organization TISLA.
