A dosa is a pancake made of rice and lentil flour is a hugely popular breakfast dish in the southern part of india where people like spicy food very much. It is dish which you get everywhere in india. The popularity is so that it us now spreaded all over india and served in various versions. Today i am making Chilli paneer dosa as it is an erra where the fusion of two or more recipes are in trend And in this recipe which i am making today is fusion of indian and chinese cuisine and you can have this for breakfast and for snacking also. It has the authentic taste of your favourite dosa and the flavour of indo chinese appetizer Chilli paneer. So here in this recipe i rice and lentil paste which was kept overnight for farmenting. Now as it is done i will cut vegetables like onion capsicum spring onion to give the freshness and crunch. Then in a frypan i am sauteying some ginger garlic chopped green chilli . After that i am adding diced onion and capsicum untill get soft. Now i am seasoning with salt, pepper and adding some vinegar and soya sauce and lasty the red chili paste. Finally adding the paneer cubes and toss it untill it gets covered with the sauce we prepared. Finishing with some thin sliced spring onions at last. For the dosa i have preheated tawa where i am going to spread the rice and lentil batter making it as thin as possible by hand. After it gets little crispier and gets colour downside i will put the chilli paneer as filling and fold the dosa
and serve this with all time favourite coconut chutney and tomato chutney with sambar and the breakfast is ready. You can try this recipe to try something new and add some more variety in your breakfast. Enjoy, stay with us.
