This well-rounded build makes M4 tolerable for sure. Fantastic crowd control, excellent boss melting, superb survivability. The grenade/artifact combo is what makes it truly special.

Gear:
Arctic Night Hawkins (vanilla, but nighttime x3 proc'd)
Cutsman ×3 (each element)
Fingerbiter (just got it and seeing if any good. It isn't.)
Atom Balm Otto Idol (plus radiation damage & aura; +21% AS cooldown; +27% irradiate chance; +16% cryo damage)
Generic grenade (for a+50% radiation damage after AS anointment)
Phasezerker class mod (with +25% weapon damage, +35% handling and +10% Dahl reload speed)
Transformer

Secondary:
Maggie (vanilla—do they come with anointments??)
Good Juju (1% damage increase on consecutive hit [!])

Action Skill:
Ties that bind
Soul sap / allure (usually soul sap)
Shock element

I'll post the skill tree allocations if anyone asks. Don't really expect anyone to see this, much less ask, but hey, why not?
