Simple as anything can be
As delicate as birds wings
A river in the forest
Guiding waters to the sea
I sit beneath the flow
Letting go of all I've gathered
This body and soul
Is living truth of love
That all can be healed
And strengthened beyond
All we ever know
All we'll ever trust

This is our mission
To help each other
Lift each other

My words my voice
I share them with this world
For I am everything as you are everything
