Pete and Lizzie's Klover Smart 120 wood pellet cooker

Pete and Lizzie live in North Somerset. They used to have and oil combi boiler but it did not work that well. In a previous house they had a Rayburn and so wanted something similar but which ran on a renewable fuel. Pete works in the renewables sector and so when they considered the Klover pellet cooker he ran a very critical, trained, eye over it. It passed the appraisal because they now heat their house with a Klover Smart 120 wood pellet cooker and combined it with solar thermal evacuated tubes to provide hot water in the sunnier months.

Lizzie says she likes cooking on the Smart as it is similar to her previous Rayburn and the ash is excellent on her vegetable garden.

The Smart 120 qualifies for the government RHI (Renewable Heat Incentive) grant scheme.
