.chopped ginger 1 tbsp
.milk 1 cup (250 ml)
for cake
.wheat flour 1 cup (130g)
.milk powder 2 tbsp (20g)
baking powder 1 tsp
.baking soda 1/2 tsp
.sugar 1/2 cup (100g)
.oil 1/4 cup (60 ml)
.lemon juice 1 and 1/2 tsp
.prepared masala chai 3/4 cup (if needed add milk)
