I use my own pictures and videos as well as Pexel. When creating content. I do use text to voice/speech in my videos. I come up with all of the ideas on my own and create the content.

A little bit about me:

I do post a lot about lupus, sjögren's syndrome, Lyme Disease, ect., the reason being I've been living with Lupus and all above for 25 years, and I'm very passionate about awareness. I'm passionate about a lot, as you can see.  I used to be a chef, and I went to culinary school after high school as well. I also went to school, and I was a nursing assistant for 10 years, until I became too sick to work. I'm very spiritual, and I just like to make content on the things I can, to hopefully help in some way. It's my passion, and I want to help people in any way I can.
