Ok so today I decided to make some shortbread, but the version that is 1000x better than the original- Millionaire's Shortbread. If you're not familiar with it, its shortbread with and layer of caramel on top of it, and then another layer of chocolate on top of that! It is crazy tasty, and really it tastes like a Twix bar. It's nice and easy to make, now granted, not quite as easy as regular old shortbread, but the added steps in this really make one hell of a delicious treat, so you should give it a try if you never have before.

Shortbread Ingredients:
-1/2 cup brown sugar
-1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
-2 tsp vanilla paste
-1 cup unsalted butter melted
-2 cups all purpose flour

Caramel Ingredients:
-2 14oz cans sweetened and condensed milk
-1 cup brown sugar
-1 cup unsalted butter
-1/3 cup light corn syrup
-1 tsp kosher salt
-1 tsp vanilla paste

Chocolate Topping Ingredients:
-2 cups semi-sweet bakers chocolate/ or chocolate chips
-1/2 cup whipping cream
-1 tsp vanilla paste.
