The KHS Innokeg Transomat: reliable keg washing and racking system

The KHS Innokeg Transomat is an efficient combined machine that washes and racks kegs holding from seven to approximately 58 liters and boasts convincing latest-generation filling heads with integrated overflow detection.
The keg system sustainably processes between 55 and 800 kegs per hour. KHS’ Direct Flow Control (DFC) filling method fills the kegs with absolute precision and is gentle to products, saving up to 40% CO2 in the process. Furthermore, water cascades allow up to 80% less water to be used. Depending on requirements three, five or six active washing stations and one racking station can be utilized to fill beer, soft drinks, wine or water. The inline machine can be flexibly installed either individually or in a group and configured with one or two lanes.

Counterflow washing and pulsed cleaning yield excellent results and ensure microbiological safety and cleanliness. Further benefits include the machine’s hygienic, maintenance-friendly design and outstanding access to treatment heads and media valves.
