The fittings are heavy duty machined and nickel-plated for maximum corrosion resistance. The TastePURE Heated Drinking Water Hose won’t leach harmful chemicals into your water or leave it tasting like plastic the way standard garden hoses do. Self-regulating heater
The self-regulating heater keeps water flowing in freezing temperatures and resists overheating. Camco has tested its Heated Drinking Water Hose at ambient temperatures down to -40 degree Fahrenheit while maintaining an inside water temperature well above freezing.

Compatibility
The TastePURE ½ inch ID Heated Drinking Water Hose has two heavy duty machined, nickel-plated female ends, with a male-to-male adapter included, so that you can have your plug on the supply or discharge end of hose.
