HOMEMADE BREAD:

How to Make White Bread 🍞

1 cup warm water or whole milk at 110 F
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 tbsp granulated sugar

Dry Ingredients:

3 1/2 cups bread flour, more for kneading
2 tbsp melted butter
1 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
2 tbsp granulated sugar


PLANTBASED MILK:

OAT:

1 C oats
2.5 cups water
3 dates
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of salt

ALMOND:

1 cup almonds, soaked in 2 cups water overnight
2.5 cups water
3 dates
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

CASHEW:

1 cup cashews, soaked in 2 cups water overnight
2.5 cups water
3 dates
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
